The Trunnion Mounted ball valve divides the valve body into two parts along the cross section perpendicular to the valve axis. The whole valve is symmetrical around the central axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used for cutting, distributing etc.

 

Its trunnion structure ensures accurate center position of the ball under high pressure, ensuring good operation performance of the valve; the standard valve seat adopts a spring structure to push the valve seat to the ball body, which can guarantee a good two-way sealing performance;

 

With spring loaded seat design, the captured pressure in the cavity can be discharged to the pipeline;

 

The low friction coefficient of the bearing reduces the torque to a minimum, which facilitates the opening and closing of the valve; the effective contact between the valve stem and the valve body makes the performance of the anti-static grounding device superior. It has the advantages of excellent performance, high reliability, wide application and reasonable price.
